To be one with the Father
To be taught by the Spirit
To walk with Jesus on this earth
To be surrounded by a cloud of witness
To have a saviour who guides and directs
To love, to laugh, to cry
To feel everything deeply
Sadness when the presence of the Savior isn’t felt
Joy when His presence is near
Hopelessness when the promises though believed are not being fulfilled
Gladness when there’s new wine, new oil, grains and the goodness of our shepherd
For these reasons, He teaches us satisfaction in Him alone
{To be stripped of all things, and trust Him who has all things}
His presence is the promise
All other is an addition
